Quang Linh Vlogs proposed for prosecution: Related businesses fluctuate strongly

(Dan Tri) - Since Quang Linh Vlogs was prosecuted in April, a series of companies related to him have continuously adjusted their business operations.

As reported by Dan Tri , on September 4, the Investigation Police Agency concluded the investigation into the case of "Deceiving customers" at Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company, proposing to prosecute Le Tuan Linh, Nguyen Thi Thai Hang (Hang Du Muc), Le Thanh Cong, Pham Quang Linh (Quang Linh Vlogs) and Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien.

Before being arrested, Quang Linh Vlogs attracted attention since 2024 when he livestreamed to sell products, and his personal brand was used for many businesses such as Quang Linh Vlog Store, Quang Linh Group and Quang Linh Global.

After Quang Linh was arrested, the situation of businesses has changed a lot. Specifically, according to the update of the National Business Registration Portal, Quang Linh Vlog Store Company Limited (Thanh Xuan Ward, Hanoi ) is no longer operating at the registered address.

This enterprise was established in July 2022, the legal representative and Director is Ms. Vi Khanh Ngan (born in 2000). According to the announcement of changes to the business registration in October 2022, capital contributors include Mr. Tran Chi Tam - also a shareholder of Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company - contributing 1.6 billion VND (80% of capital) and Ms. Vo Thi Loc contributing 400 million VND (20% of capital).

Meanwhile, Quang Linh Group Company Limited (Bo De Ward, Hanoi) has changed its status to operating again, after temporarily suspending business in June.

The company was established on August 3, 2023 with a charter capital of 3 billion VND, with Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung (born in 1994) as Owner, Director and Legal Representative. Some recruitment sites said that this company is associated with the name Pham Quang Linh and other members.

Similarly, Quang Linh Global Company Limited (Ha Dong ward, Hanoi) is also displaying its operating status, after announcing the change of business type on July 30.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tien (born in 1986) - one of the members of the Chau Phi team and a close friend of Quang Linh Vlogs - still holds the position of General Director and Legal Representative.

This enterprise was established in January 2024 with an initial charter capital of VND 2.9 billion. Of which, Mr. Tien contributed VND 2.03 billion, equivalent to 70% of the capital; shareholder Tran Manh Toan contributed VND 290 million, equivalent to 10% of the capital and shareholder Cao Tieu Minh contributed VND 580 million, equivalent to the remaining 20% ​​of the capital.

By October 2024, shareholder Tran Manh Toan transferred all of his capital to Mr. Tien. According to the official website and fanpage, Quang Linh Global sells shampoo and shower gel for men, with products introduced as "accompanying vlogger Quang Linh and Tien Nguyen, distributed by Quang Linh Global". On some e-commerce sites, Quang Linh Global's booth is still operating, selling shower gel products.

Previously, Pham Quang Linh was also introduced as Vice President of Pharco Vietnam Joint Stock Company. This enterprise is the owner and exclusive distributor of the Adopt' brand in Vietnam. In October 2021, this brand was launched in Vietnam under the management of Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien and her associates.
