Corps 34 commends forces participating in A80 and competitions and sports events

In 2025, under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the Corps Command, agencies, units and schools thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the Military - Defense Work Command of the Chief of the General Staff along with directives, plans, competitions and sports events of the Ministry and the Corps.

Agencies and units have focused on selecting forces, organizing training and coaching athletes; proactively ensuring sufficient forces to participate in task A80; building and creating a source of athletes to participate in competitions and sports events.

Quality management is strictly implemented, focusing on improving professional qualifications, ensuring compliance with requirements and specifics of each content, with succession between athletes and teams.

During the training process, commanders at all levels regularly closely followed, grasped, and promptly encouraged and motivated the officers and soldiers. Units selected officers and soldiers with capacity and experience for training and competition; at the same time, ensured adequate materials, weapons, equipment, means, and facilities, and increased the quantity of meals for the forces participating in the A80 mission, Military Region 1, and competitions and sports events.

As a result, officers and soldiers participating in mission A80 as well as competitions and sports events all ensured absolute safety and achieved good results.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Le Minh Quang - Political Commissar of the 34th Corps praised the achievements of the officers and soldiers and affirmed that the above results were thanks to the close leadership and direction of the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units; the participation of all levels and sectors; the efforts and training of the comrades directly involved; the responsibility of the steering committee, the organizing committee, the support department and the service and assurance department.

To promote the achieved results and improve the results of completing the tasks of the Corps in the coming time, the Political Commissar of the 34th Corps requested that agencies, units and each officer and soldier continue to do a good job of political and ideological education, building officers and soldiers with steadfast and firm political will; having the right awareness of the task; strong will, high responsibility, good solidarity, strict discipline; overcoming all difficulties, striving to successfully complete all assigned tasks.

Along with that, doing a good job of summarizing, promptly praising and rewarding collectives and individuals with good achievements; correcting and reminding negative manifestations, limitations, and weaknesses; creating a competitive motivation to complete all assigned tasks...

On this occasion, the 34th Corps Command awarded certificates of merit to 6 groups and 62 individuals with outstanding achievements in participating in activities celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; along with many certificates of merit to groups and individuals with achievements in competitions, sports and emulation movements serving the Party Congress.
