The inspection activities focused on An Linh commune and Phuoc Vinh town, where there are small and medium-sized agricultural production businesses. The inspection contents include: legal conditions of operation of the facility, business license, product origin, labeling, expiry date, storage conditions, price listing and fire prevention and fighting.
Through actual inspection, the establishments were assessed as basically complying with legal regulations, all products had valid invoices and documents, clear origin, and were still within the expiry date. However, there were still some violations such as: expired business licenses, incomplete price listings, unsafe display areas, and improper product preservation.
Faced with violations, Phu Giao district has requested establishments to promptly correct them and commit to strictly complying with current regulations. In case of administrative violations, a record will be drawn up and handled according to the correct authority. At the same time, propaganda and legal guidance work is also being carried out in parallel to raise awareness among business organizations and individuals.
The leader of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Phu Giao district said that the locality will continue to step up regular and surprise inspections and strictly handle violations. This is one of the key tasks to ensure the quality of agricultural materials, protect farmers' rights, and move towards safe and sustainable agriculture.
