BHG - On June 5, Comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the organization of the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year in Hoang Su Phi district. On this occasion, he visited and encouraged a special candidate who had to take the exam in a hospital bed due to a traffic accident.
The special candidate is Sin Tien Quyet, a student at Nang Don Primary and Secondary School. Despite having just experienced a traffic accident that broke his left leg and pelvis, he still persevered in studying and was determined to take the entrance exam to grade 10 with the wish to study at Hoang Su Phi Boarding Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities. In order to create favorable conditions for him, the Examination Council arranged a separate examination room and provided him with a hospital bed and necessary conditions for him to take the exam in the best health condition.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Ngoc Ha kindly visited, encouraged and praised the spirit of resilience and efforts to overcome difficulties in the journey of pursuing knowledge of Sin Tien Quyet. He wished that he would keep a comfortable and confident mentality to achieve the highest results in the exam. At the same time, he emphasized that the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee always accompany and create all conditions for students with difficult circumstances to strive in their studies to become good children, good students, and useful citizens for society.

For the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year, Hoang Su Phi district organized 3 examination councils with a total of 758 candidates registered to take the exam, arranged in 34 examination rooms. On the first day of the exam, the whole district had 49 candidates absent. At the inspection, comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha acknowledged and highly appreciated the initiative and positivity of the Steering Committee and Examination Councils of the schools in organizing the exam; at the same time, commended the seriousness and responsibility of the staff and teachers on duty at the examination sites. He requested the units to continue to closely follow the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Provincial People's Committee. In particular, there should be flexible plans to support candidates with special circumstances, not allowing any student to have their rights affected by objective factors. Examination sites need to synchronously deploy solutions to ensure security, order and safety inside and outside the examination area, ensuring that the exam takes place seriously and in accordance with regulations.
