The conference reviewed the socio -economic situation of the province in the first 6 months of 2025 and the main tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of the year; reported on the implementation results and proposed tasks and solutions to accelerate the disbursement of public-private capital; the situation of local government operations at 2 levels...
In the first 6 months of the year, the Provincial People's Committee and all levels and sectors have closely followed the Central Government's direction, resolutely implemented socio-economic development tasks, focused on the work of arranging and perfecting the administrative apparatus, promoting economic growth... achieving many positive results. The estimated growth rate of the province's gross domestic product in the second quarter reached 7.47%, and in the first 6 months of the year reached 7.49%.
Total social investment capital realized was 31,787 billion VND, an increase of 21.5% over the same period. The total public investment capital plan for 2025 of the province assigned by the Prime Minister is more than 17 trillion VND, disbursement in the first 6 months reached 28.79% of the plan. The public investment capital plan according to the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council is more than 19.6 trillion VND, disbursement in the first 6 months reached 24.92% of the plan. The fields of culture, education , health, social security are focused, the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus are implemented urgently, effectively, without causing interruption of operations...
