During the exam period, the Exam Support Teams will coordinate with functional forces to organize the pick-up and drop-off of candidates with special circumstances; prevent issues that negatively affect candidates such as: issuing illegal documents, increasing service prices, causing disturbances, etc.; organize volunteer teams to guide and direct traffic to ensure traffic safety, etc.

In addition, volunteers also deployed a Grab team in green shirts to support candidates who arrived late at the exam site, had difficulty getting to the exam site, forgot documents, belongings, etc.

According to Ms. Nguyen Hoang Linh (in charge of the Exam Support Team at the exam site of Nguyen Trai High School - Hoa Khanh Bac Ward), this morning, there were also some cases of candidates arriving late, forgetting their study tools... and were supported by volunteers.

"This testing site has about 35 volunteers to support candidates as well as provide water, fans... to cool down parents waiting for candidates. In addition, volunteers also help the traffic police direct traffic in front of the testing site, instructing parents to park their vehicles properly, not causing traffic jams," said Ms. Linh.

This morning, the City Youth Union - Student Association of Da Nang City visited and presented gifts to the volunteer teams of Exam Support at 3 exam locations: Nguyen Thien Thuat Secondary School (Cam Le District), Le Loi Secondary School (Ngu Hanh Son District) and Phan Chau Trinh High School (Hai Chau District).

In particular, this year, in addition to direct support activities at the exam sites, the City Youth Union - Student Association of Da Nang City also deployed information channels to receive support needs from candidates, organize online consultation on exam information, introduce reputable online review channels on fanpage...

According to Mr. Le Cong Hung - Secretary of the Da Nang City Youth Union, this year, the "Digital Volunteer - Exam Support" team has been deployed with tasks such as: focusing on communication on digital platforms with the hashtag #tiepsucmuathi; promoting propaganda about creative Exam Support models; building information channels to receive and synthesize candidates' support needs; receiving and synthesizing information about candidates in difficult circumstances who need support in the city.

"For many years, the Exam Support Teams have contributed to ensuring that the exams take place safely and smoothly, creating a good mentality for candidates to achieve the highest results, bringing positive effects to union members, students as well as the whole society," said Mr. Hung.

In the first exam session, there were no candidates or supervisors who violated the exam regulations.
