According to Mr. Dinh Van Dung - Secretary of Chu Prong District Party Committee, the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW in the district is always associated with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII), Conclusion 21-KL/TW dated October 25, 2025 of the Central Executive Committee and patriotic emulation movements and political tasks in the locality by Party committees at all levels, agencies and units.
As a result, many good models and creative approaches have been widely deployed, creating a strong influence throughout the political system. A typical example is the model of “saluting the flag at the beginning of the week combined with thematic activities” on the first Monday morning of the month, which has become a beautiful feature in political activities in agencies and units.
Regarding this model, Ms. Hoang Thi Dinh - Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Chu Prong District Party Committee - said: The model of "saluting the flag at the beginning of the week combined with specialized activities" has been implemented since 2017. On the first Monday morning of each month, agencies and units under the District Party Committee, People's Committee, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations of the district, together with communes and towns in the area, simultaneously organize the flag-saluting ceremony combined with specialized activities on studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh .
The District Party Committee's Propaganda Department is responsible for compiling the content of the topics and sending them to the subordinate Party organizations for implementation. Organizing and maintaining the model not only creates a solemn atmosphere but also becomes a lively and effective propaganda channel, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of cadres, party members and the masses in studying and following Uncle Ho's example. At the same time, this is also an opportunity toeducate and remind each person to raise their sense of responsibility in performing assigned political and professional tasks.
In particular, learning and following Uncle Ho's example is concretized through many creative, practical models, close to people's lives. In Ia Drang commune, the Party Committee of the commune has directed the replication of many good models and effective methods associated with the implementation of local political tasks, such as: building a street lighting system on roads in villages and hamlets; joining hands to build new rural areas; "Security cameras"; "planting fruit trees"; Farmers' Association for breeding cows, etc., creating changes and spreading the meaning and noble values of learning and following Uncle Ho, creating solidarity and unity within the Party and consensus in society.
Along with that, the Party Committee directed the government, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and 16 affiliated Party cells to deploy for cadres, Party members, civil servants and public employees to write personal plans, register for learning content, and follow Uncle Ho with specific and practical tasks associated with assigned responsibilities and tasks.
Secretary of the Commune Party Committee Pham Van Xung informed that the implementation of the responsibility of setting an example by cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, and association members in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style has been promoted. Every year, no cadres or party members who violate the law are disciplined; 100% of leaders and managers are classified as having completed their tasks well or better (of which 20% have completed their tasks excellently); 98% of party members have completed their tasks well (of which 20% have completed their tasks excellently). The political system has been comprehensively consolidated, operating in a disciplined and effective manner.
Meanwhile, in Ia Ve commune, the Commune Farmers' Association has also specified the study and follow of Uncle Ho through many practical models, close to the lives of members. In particular, the movement "Farmers compete in production, good business, solidarity to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty" attracted more than 2,800 registered members and brought about clear economic efficiency. In addition to developing production, cadres and members also actively responded to humanitarian and charitable activities.
Particularly in the new rural construction movement, farmer members voluntarily donated 1,250 m² of land, contributed 1.2 billion VND, built and repaired 3.5 km of rural roads, and supported more than 48 million VND to eliminate temporary houses for poor households. "Studying and following Uncle Ho has become a regular task, creating positive changes in socio-economic development, national defense, security and building a strong Association. Every year, over 95% of the branches are classified as completing their tasks well and excellently, with no weak branches" - Mr. Dinh Quang Tuyen - Chairman of the Commune Farmers' Association said.
From specific and practical models, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the district has brought about positive changes in all areas of social life. Secretary of the District Party Committee Dinh Van Dung shared: Up to now, the whole district has 8 communes and 13 villages recognized as meeting new rural standards; the average poverty reduction rate is 3% per year, especially in ethnic minority areas, the poverty reduction rate is 5% per year. Party building work continues to be strengthened: 100% of villages have Party cells, of which 97% of Party cells have Party committees; 75% of Party cell secretaries are also village heads. Party member development work has reached an average of 4% per year, the quality of grassroots Party organizations is increasingly improved, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
