On July 24, the leading international trade exhibition on the beauty industry in Vietnam - Vietbeauty & Cosmobeauté Vietnam and Beautycare Plus 2025 officially opened at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC).
The event took place from July 24 to 26, gathering more than 3,000 brands from 600 businesses from 24 countries and territories. With a total exhibition area of up to 17,600m2 , this year's exhibition series is considered to be large-scale, continuing to be a meeting place for the professional beauty community.
According to the organizers, this exhibition focuses on introducing the entire value chain of the beauty industry from raw materials, production, processing, packaging to finished products such as cosmetics, perfumes, spa equipment, hair care, nails and cosmetic dermatology...
In particular, the B2B VIP Buyer connection program is specifically designed to support importers, distributors, spa and beauty clinic owners in finding potential partners and making direct appointments with exhibiting businesses.
In addition to the exhibition, the program has a series of seminars with many outstanding contents such as: Anti-aging technology and dermatological aesthetics; Application of artificial intelligence (AI) in modern beauty; Raw materials from clean agriculture ...
Ms. Phuong Pham, project manager of Informa Markets Vietnam, representative of the organizing committee, said that this year the exhibition recorded a significant increase in the number of booths from Japan and Europe, especially Japanese enterprises showing great interest in the Vietnamese market.

"International businesses consider Vietnam a potential cosmetics market. Many units are looking for cooperation opportunities in production, distribution, processing and supply of raw materials and packaging," said Ms. Phuong.
According to Kirin Capital's report, in 2024, the size of the Vietnamese cosmetics market is estimated to reach more than 2.4 billion USD, an increase of 3.4% compared to 2023. It is expected that by 2027, this figure will reach 2.7 billion USD.
Singapore is the leading country exporting cosmetics to Vietnam with a turnover of 380 million USD (11 months 2024), followed by South Korea (174 million USD) and China (140 million USD).
In terms of e-commerce, in 2024, the online luxury cosmetics market in Vietnam will reach a value of about 265 million USD and is forecast to increase to 644 million USD by 2033, with a compound growth rate of 11%.
