Accordingly, passenger vans with 16 seats or less and vehicles weighing 5 tons or less, along with motorbikes, rudimentary vehicles, and pedestrians are allowed to travel through Dak Mi 1 bridge. Other vehicles travel according to the following instructions: From Phuoc Son to National Highway 1 and vice versa, follow Ho Chi Minh Road ↔ National Highway 14B (Thanh My town, Nam Giang) ↔ National Highway 1; from National Highway 1 to Phuoc Son and vice versa at km972+200 of National Highway 1, follow National Highway 14E to km58+530/National Highway 14E ↔ follow Truong Son Dong Road (about 48km) ↔ Ho Chi Minh Road.

The Department of Transport requested Project Management Board 4 (Vietnam Road Administration) to install traffic flow control signs at intersections between National Highway 14E and Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway, Ho Chi Minh Road and DT611 Route. Quang Nam Transport Construction Joint Stock Company installed traffic flow control signs at intersections between National Highway 14E and National Highway 1, DT614 Route and Truong Son Dong Road.

The Department of Transport has also requested Project Management Board 4 to urgently repair the damaged Dak Mi 1 bridge to ensure smooth and safe traffic on National Highway 14E.

Previously, on the morning of November 25, Project Management Board 4 sent a quick report to the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, the Vietnam Road Administration and the Quang Nam Department of Transport about the deviation of the Dak Mi 1 bridge deck due to the impact of local heavy rains. Project Management Board 4 (the unit assigned to manage the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 14E) said that due to the impact of local heavy rains in recent days, the positive slope at the location of km85+400 (behind the tail of M2 pier of Dak Mi 1 bridge) collapsed, dragging rocks and soil with it. The huge block of orphaned rocks rolled down, causing the bridge deck system of span 3 of Dak Mi 1 bridge to deviate by about 47cm.
