Masan Group reported net revenue of VND18,315 billion and after-tax profit of VND1,619 billion in the second quarter. In the first 6 months of 2025, Masan achieved after-tax profit of VND2,602 billion, nearly double that of the same period last year and exceeding the annual plan by 50%. Growth mainly came from strong profit performance at WinCommerce and Masan MEATLife.

Specifically, in the first half of 2025, WinCommerce's revenue reached VND 17,915 billion, up 13.4% over the same period last year, with after-tax profit reaching VND 68 billion. By the end of the second quarter of 2025, with 318 new stores opened, the system had completed 80% of the base target for new openings in the year and was on track to exceed the high-scenario target by the end of the year, helping to firmly consolidate its position as the number one modern retailer in Vietnam by point of sale scale, with 4,146 stores nationwide. The average daily revenue of mini-supermarkets in rural areas has reached nearly 90% compared to mini-supermarkets in urban areas, up from about 80% in the second quarter of 2024.
Masan Consumer recorded revenue in the second quarter of 2025 of VND 6,276 billion, down 15.1% year-on-year; profit before tax, interest, depreciation and amortization reached VND 1,605 billion, down 12.9% year-on-year. However, revenue in the first 6 months of 2025 decreased by only 1.5% year-on-year, thanks to positive results in the first quarter of 2025. The decline in revenue was due to reduced inventory levels across channels and cautious sales activities. Meanwhile, Masan MEATLife recorded revenue of VND2,340 billion, up 30.7% YoY, driven by strong double-digit growth in both segments: livestock increased by 66.4% YoY and meat increased by 20.5% YoY. Similarly, Phuc Long Heritage in the first half of 2025 achieved revenue of VND858 billion, up 10.3% YoY and profit after tax of VND86 billion, up 63.5% YoY.
