Leaders of Thai Nguyen province offer incense to heroic martyrs in Quang Tri

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the afternoon of July 15, the delegation of Thai Nguyen province led by comrade Dinh Quang Tuyen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, offered incense and commemorated the heroic martyrs at the national martyrs' cemetery and revolutionary historical relics in Quang Tri province.

The delegation included Mr. Nong Quang Nhat, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of departments and branches.

The delegation burned incense at the Thai Nguyen martyrs' graves in the Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery.

The delegation offered incense at the martyrs' graves of Thai Nguyen province in the grounds of Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery.

The delegation offered flowers and incense at the Ho Chi Minh Temple, the Memorial, Ben Tat Temple and the graves of Thai Nguyen martyrs at the Truong Son National Martyrs' Cemetery in Con Tien Commune, Quang Tri Province. The cemetery is the resting place of more than 10,200 martyrs, including 256 martyrs from Thai Nguyen. The delegation also offered flowers and incense at the Road 9 National Martyrs' Cemetery and Quang Tri Ancient Citadel.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the working delegation expressed deep gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, national reunification, construction and protection of the Fatherland.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs, the delegation reported on the work of organizing the apparatus and preparing for the 21st Congress of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030. The Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Thai Nguyen province vow to unite, overcome difficulties and challenges, and strive to build Thai Nguyen province to become more and more developed.
