Currently, the Branch has 17 transaction offices, 1 head office and 313 commune transaction points. As of July 20, 2025, the total operating capital reached more than 12,000 billion VND, an increase of 618 billion VND compared to the end of 2024, loan turnover reached more than 2,000 billion VND with nearly 31,500 poor households and policy beneficiaries receiving loans; total outstanding credit reached nearly 12,700 billion VND, an increase of nearly 600 billion VND compared to 2024.
In Trung Kenh commune, the Luong Tai Social Policy Bank Transaction Office maintains 3 transaction points on fixed days every month. As of July 22, 2025, Trung Kenh commune has deployed policy credit programs with a total outstanding loan balance of nearly 193 billion VND, nearly 3,800 customers with outstanding loans.
Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Doan Trung Thanh acknowledged the achievements of the Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch in recent times. In particular, the proactive merger of two branches ensured that lending activities for policy beneficiaries were not interrupted.
Through on-site inspection at the transaction point, the working delegation assessed that the Luong Tai Social Policy Bank Transaction Office closely followed the direction of the central government and the province, effectively implemented preferential credit programs, especially in implementing loans for poor households, near-poor households and other policy beneficiaries in the area, actively contributing to sustainable poverty reduction and socio -economic development in the locality.
Comrade Doan Trung Thanh requested Bac Ninh Branch to continue improving the quality of transactions at commune transaction points; coordinate to review and confirm beneficiaries so that related units have a basis to deploy the best service for people in the area.
In addition, continue to do a good job of inspection, supervision, propaganda, training, and coordination to ensure the best service for people and policy beneficiaries in the area. Regarding local recommendations to supplement capital sources for job creation and expanding loan subjects, the working group will report to competent authorities for consideration and resolution.
