The information is stated in document No. 555 dated July 1 with the content "Notice of confirmation of completion of procedures for withdrawing custody of bonds issued by KITA Invest Joint Stock Company in 2020". Accordingly, the three batches of bonds bought back by KITA Invest include: KITA.BOND2020.03, KITA.BOND2020.07 and KITA.BOND2020.08.

Specifically, the KITA.BOND2020.03 bond lot was issued on May 5, 2020 with a total value of VND 500 billion, a term of 42 months, then adjusted to extend for another 18 months with a maturity date of May 5, 2025. Before the maturity date, on June 12, 2023, KITA Invest bought back a part of this bond lot with a value of VND 100 billion, bringing the remaining debt to VND 400 billion and this debt balance was settled on June 18, 2025 as announced above.
The remaining two bond lots, KITA.BOND2020.07 and KITA.BOND2020.08, were also issued in 2020 with an adjusted maturity of July 30, 2025. However, also on June 18, 2025, KITA Invest spent VND 200 billion and nearly VND 196 billion, respectively, to buy back all two of these bond lots.
KITA Invest said that this early settlement is part of its capital restructuring strategy, while strengthening the company's financial capacity and reputation in the capital market.
KITA Invest is currently the investor of KITA Airport City Urban Area with a scale of over 154 hectares in the center of Binh Thuy Ward, Can Tho City. The project is planned to fully integrate residential and commercial functions and is oriented to become a new economic and cultural center of Can Tho City.
In particular, the Stella Icon luxury apartment project has been licensed by the Department of Construction of Can Tho City to sell future housing. As of June 2025, the project has completed the basement and is constructing the first floor. Stella Icon includes 294 apartments and 15 shophouses, with a total investment of about 440 billion VND, expected to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2026.
