The city's working group directly inspected the severely damaged areas, visited and shared difficulties with the people and noted urgent needs to provide appropriate and timely support.
At the meeting, the city delegation presented 2 Great Solidarity houses to 2 households whose houses were completely collapsed, each worth 60 million VND. At the same time, 3 million VND was provided to 10 households whose houses had their roofs blown off and were severely damaged.
Speaking at the visit, comrade Ho Thi Cam Dao emphasized that the city and the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels will continue to accompany and mobilize social resources to support people to soon stabilize their lives, leaving no one behind.
The city's working delegation visited, encouraged and supported families affected by storms and tornadoes.
Previously, on July 28, heavy rain and strong storms occurred in Xa Phien commune, causing serious damage to people's houses and property. According to statistics from the commune People's Committee, 31 households were affected, of which 9 houses were completely collapsed, 16 houses had their roofs blown off and many eel farms were damaged. The total initial damage was estimated at more than 2 billion VND.

The timely attention of city leaders and the support of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels are a great source of encouragement, helping people to have more confidence to overcome difficulties.
