Accordingly, real estate business organizations and individuals (including enterprises, trading floors, and individuals practicing brokerage) who do not meet legal requirements, such as: not registered for operation, lack of practice certificate, not meeting personnel requirements, etc., must urgently supplement and complete. Violators will be strictly handled, including suspension of operations in accordance with legal regulations.
For real estate brokers, it is mandatory to have a valid practice certificate and can only practice within the framework of legal organizations. In case of self-employment or expired certificates, they will be considered and handled according to the Law. To increase management efficiency, the Department of Construction has implemented the form of information declaration via QR code. All organizations and individuals operating in the industry must complete the declaration before July 10. Information will be updated to the data system to serve inspection, retrieval and comparison when necessary.
The Department of Construction also requested the People's Committees of communes and wards (after the merger) and press and media agencies to strengthen coordination, promptly report violations and support the verification of information related to real estate brokerage and transactions. Strict control of business conditions not only helps stabilize the market but also contributes to protecting the rights of people and investors, towards a more transparent, healthy and sustainable real estate market in Khanh Hoa .
