Kiatisuk becomes Director of Liverpool Academy in Thailand

According to Thairath newspaper, former head coach of Cong An Ha Noi (CAHN) and Hoang Anh Gia Lai (HAGL) Club - Mr. Kiatisuk Senamuang has been appointed as Director of Liverpool Academy in Thailand. In his new position, Coach Kiatisuk is tasked with working with Liverpool experts in his home country, improving the quality of youth training in Thailand.

In recent years, the Anfield team has paid special attention to youth training in Asia, especially in Southeast Asia. Under coach Klopp, Liverpool recruited two Asian players, Wataru Endo and Takumi Minamino (Japan).

Liverpool has now expanded its academy system to eight Asian countries, including Thailand, Singapore, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, China, Japan, and Qatar.

Kiatisuk is the Director of Liverpool Academy in Thailand.

Recently, Coach Kiatisuk was in England, watching matches of Liverpool and other teams in the Premier League. During this time, Kiatisuk negotiated with The Kop, before officially taking office as Director on the afternoon of October 18.

"Thai Zico" is expected to help young players develop comprehensively. In addition to improving their professional skills, young players from the "Land of the Golden Pagoda" are constantly exposed to foreign teams when joining the Liverpool academy.

Coach Kiatisuk said his favorite team is Liverpool. He often posts pictures of himself wearing a Liverpool football shirt, watching matches at Anfield.

Midfielder Luong Xuan Truong also revealed that the Thai coach often uses Liverpool's video tapes to show HAGL players to watch, analyze and learn from.
