(Baohatinh.vn) - In the first 6 months of 2025, Ha Tinh Association for Promotion of Education mobilized more than 36.7 billion VND to support teaching, learning, and talent promotion activities in the area.

On the morning of June 13, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education held a meeting to review the association's work in the first 6 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

In recent times, the work of promoting learning, talent and building a learning society in Ha Tinh has continued to achieve many positive results. The association at all levels has effectively implemented training and propaganda work, while focusing on consolidating and improving the quality of members and the association organization.

The province has established 8 more learning promotion boards in agencies, units and clans, bringing the total number of learning promotion boards in the area to 6,346 boards.

The Association has admitted 342 more members, bringing the total number of members in the province to nearly 392,000 people, reaching 29.2% of the population.

In the first 6 months of 2025, the study encouragement fund mobilization continued to achieve impressive results, with a total amount of over 36.7 billion VND raised. From this resource, the association at all levels supported and encouraged learning with a total budget of over 32.4 billion VND for 57,430 students and teachers.

At the conference, many opinions focused on analyzing the difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing activities at the grassroots level, and at the same time shared experiences and valuable lessons in mobilizing funds, organizing and building models to encourage learning, encourage talents and develop a learning society.

Promoting the achieved results, in the coming time, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education will continue to promote the emulation movement of lifelong learning in families, clans, communities, agencies and units. Strive by the end of the year, 100% of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and armed forces will register and become "learning citizens" through the management software; the remaining groups will reach a rate of 40%. The Association will closely coordinate with theeducation sector and departments, branches and organizations to widely spread the emulation movement of lifelong learning throughout society.
