The Security Team quickly verified the information and completed the procedures to return the property to the person who dropped it.

Previously, on May 20, while performing their duties, the Ba Den Pagoda Security Team also picked up an iPhone 14 Pro that was dropped in the Ba Den Pagoda area. With a sense of responsibility and dedication, the Security Team quickly coordinated with Sun World Ba Den Mountain's Customer Service staff to find the owner. After actively broadcasting information over the loudspeaker system, the Security Team found the owner and returned the property to the visitor.

On March 5, a Security Team member picked up a handbag of a tourist named Nguyen Thi Cam Le ( Bac Lieu province) who had dropped it at the number 1 cool house, on the road to Ba Pagoda. The handbag contained 2.7 million VND and some personal documents. Immediately after that, the Security Team contacted and returned it to the owner.

On the afternoon of September 1, 2024, the Security Team received a message from the Sun World Ba Den Mountain Customer Service Department about a customer dropping a phone at a coffee shop on the walking path. Immediately upon receiving the news, the Security Team staff quickly went to the location to retrieve the property and return it to the owner at Ba Den Station.
Not only are the Security Team and Customer Service Department of Sun World Ba Den Mountain dedicated to their duties, but the tourists themselves who come to visit and sightsee at Ba Den Mountain National Tourist Area also have a commendable heart. Specifically, on February 9, a tourist picked up another person's wallet and handed it over to the Security Team. After receiving the lost item and checking the information, the Security Team quickly contacted the owner of the wallet to return all the property.
Similarly, on November 21, 2024, two tourists visiting the Ba Den Mountain National Tourist Area picked up a wallet dropped on the walking path to Ba Temple and quickly handed it over to the Security Team. Based on the information on the documents, the Security Team contacted and returned the wallet and all the assets inside to the owner.
The Management Board has notified the owner of the lost wallet containing money and personal documents.
The Management Board of Ba Den Mountain National Tourist Area also set a good example, looking for the owner of the lost items. The Management Board announced that a wallet and a mobile phone were found. The wallet contained identification papers in the name of Vo Thi Thanh Ngan, with a permanent address in Can Tho . The Management Board posted a notice on several social platforms looking for tourists or people related to the above property, contacting the Sun World Ba Den Mountain Customer Care department for support in receiving the return.
Safe, civilized and friendly destination
Anyone who has visited the Ba Den Mountain National Tourist Area will feel that this place has a large area, complex terrain with many rocks, caves, forests, and interwoven fruit gardens. Valuable items such as wallets and gold rings, if dropped, are very difficult to find. At the same time, if someone finds lost items and wants to take them, it is also very difficult to detect.

At the recent conference summarizing the Ba Den Mountain Spring Festival in the year of At Ty 2025, Mr. Tran Thai Nam - Head of the Ba Den Mountain National Tourist Area Management Board said that in recent years, the work of landscape decoration, environmental sanitation, electricity and water supply, and communication at the Ba Den Mountain National Tourist Area has always been focused on.
The tourist area is decorated with many types of ornamental flowers and beautiful models; upgrading, renovating and repairing facilities and infrastructure to serve tourists. At the same time, relevant units have arranged enough trash bins, arranged staff to regularly collect, transport and treat domestic waste; arranged enough electricity and water systems to serve tourists. Postal and telecommunications enterprises have assigned forces to be on duty 24/24 hours a day, ensuring service quality and smooth communication.
The Management Board and related units disseminated food safety knowledge to 123 establishments, business households, and representatives of charity kitchens belonging to the Ba Mountain Pagoda System and Ngoc Truyen Monastery; inspected food and beverage production and business establishments, and charity kitchens.
The health sector and related units organize chemical spraying in areas where visitors gather; regularly update the epidemic situation to have timely response measures.
Ba Den Mountain National Tourist Area becomes a "Safe - Civilized - Friendly" destination.
Tay Ninh City People's Committee and Duong Minh Chau District People's Committee deploy plans to collect and treat waste, ensure environmental sanitation on roads around the tourist area; regularly direct affiliated units to disseminate to business households their commitment to ensure security and order, urban aesthetics, post prices of goods, food safety and hygiene; control parking lots, especially spontaneous parking lots, ensure parking fee collection according to regulations; strictly handle cases of encroachment on sidewalks, soliciting tourists to visit.
In addition, the Management Board regularly informs and exchanges with relevant units to promptly handle cases of street vendors and uncivilized and impolite shops outside the tourist area.
All of the above results have created unique characteristics of the tourist area, which have been inspected and highly appreciated by the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
