Emulation bloc of special provincial associations signed emulation covenant in 2024

On the morning of January 18, the Emulation Bloc of Special Provincial Associations held a conference to launch the emulation movement and sign the emulation covenant for 2024.

Responding to the 2024 emulation movement launched by the Provincial Emulation and Reward Council, the Emulation Bloc of Specialized Associations of the province launched an emulation movement to all cadres and members in the Bloc to successfully implement the goals and tasks of 2024 with the theme "Solidarity, proactiveness, innovation, creativity, determination to excellently complete the tasks of work in 2024".

Focusing on the following contents: continuing to promote propaganda and implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on emulation and rewards, creating a strong change in the awareness and thinking of all levels of the Association and members in implementing emulation and rewards; promoting emulation movements: "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "For the poor - no one is left behind", "Cadres, civil servants and public employees compete to practice a civilized office lifestyle"...

Seriously and effectively implement the tasks set out in the action program and the entire-term work program of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Central Specialized Associations, concretizing them into targets and tasks of each unit; improve the effectiveness of coordination between Association organizations to conduct inspection, supervision, and social criticism of policies, programs, projects, and proposals to improve the effectiveness of State management in all sectors and fields; promote scientific research, technology development and innovation, participate in building digital government...

Awarding Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee to units with achievements in 2023.

At the conference, collectives with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in 2023 received the Excellent Emulation Flag and Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee.

Units in the Bloc have signed a competition covenant for 2024.
