On the morning of May 19, a delegation of Emulation Bloc 1 led by comrade Dang Quoc Toan, Chief of Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, offered incense and flowers at the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City branch, on the occasion of the 133rd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2023) and the 112th anniversary of Uncle Ho's departure to find a way to save the country (June 5, 1911 - June 5, 2023).
Also participating in the delegation were representatives of units under the Emulation Block 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, including: Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, Department of Justice, Department of Home Affairs, Ho Chi Minh City Inspectorate, and Ho Chi Minh City Ethnic Committee.
At the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City branch (Ben Nha Rong, Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, District 4), the delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation of Emulation Bloc 1 offered incense and flowers to express gratitude and commemorate the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the beloved leader of the Vietnamese people, who devoted his whole life to the cause of national liberation and reunification.
Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation vows to join hands, be united, and devote all their efforts to implementing his Testament; continue to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style; learn from the shining example of revolutionary heroism, the spirit of solidarity in fighting, and revolutionary morality: loyalty to the country, filial piety to the people, love for humanity; diligence, thrift, integrity, impartiality, and pure internationalism.

Also at the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City branch, the delegation offered incense and flowers in memory of President Ton Duc Thang at the President Ton Duc Thang memorial room.

Next, the delegates came to offer flowers in memory of President Ho Chi Minh at the President Ho Chi Minh statue park on Nguyen Hue walking street (District 1, HCMC).
