Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union Tran Quang Hung said that the "Hublock Smart Delivery Cabinet" allows people to send/receive goods 24/7 safely and conveniently, via QR code or personal PIN code on the phone, helping to optimize the last-mile delivery experience and minimize the risk of lost goods. Moreover, the project is also implemented free of charge by the Youth Union... This youth project is a model incubated and developed by a team of young people, originating from the implementation of Program No. 07-CTr/TU of the Hanoi Party Committee on "Promoting the development of science, technology and innovation in Hanoi in the period of 2021 - 2025" and the Competition to find ideas, solutions/technology products from young talents to serve the construction of digital government, digital society and digital economy - Data4Life of the Ministry of Public Security .
Recently, the youth project “Hublock Smart Delivery Cabinet” was jointly deployed and installed by Hanoi University of Culture and put into use on the school campus. Many students have experienced and said that the project is very useful and convenient.
To Ngoc Hoa, a third-year student at Hanoi University of Culture, shared: “The drawers come in a variety of sizes, allowing me to store many types of items, from small to bulky. In addition, Hublock’s authentication method is secure and convenient. When I’m in class or working part-time and can’t get my items in time, this drawer can keep them safe and prevent confusion.”
At apartment building N04A (Xuan Tao ward, Bac Tu Liem district), the youth project "Hublock smart delivery cabinet" was also launched by the Xuan Tao ward Youth Union in coordination with the Party Cell of Residential Group No. 10 and put into use at the end of March 2025. Immediately after installation, many residents proactively downloaded the application and enthusiastically experienced the service.
Mr. Luu Van Hoa, representative of the N04A apartment management board, said that before the "Hublock smart delivery cabinet", the management board had to use shelves and tables to support residents' receiving needs. However, this solution is easy to lose items. "Putting into operation the Hublock smart cabinet is a very practical solution, easy to use, convenient and especially completely free for residents. Not only does it help residents proactively receive goods, but it also limits chaos and insecurity in public places, contributing to improving building security, preserving the beauty of the residential area, and reducing the burden on our management board", Mr. Hoa shared.
Secretary of the Youth Union of Xuan Tao Ward (Bac Tu Liem District) Nguyen Minh Y said: "Hublock smart delivery cabinet" also integrates useful features such as: Administrative procedure lookup and electronic bulletin board providing essential information of the building, creating favorable conditions for residents to access public services quickly, modernly, in the spirit of digital transformation. The Youth Union of the ward hopes that this project will truly bring usefulness and convenience to residents.
Building civilized cities
According to the assessment of Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union Tran Quang Hung, the youth project "Hublock Smart Delivery Cabinet" is a clear demonstration of the pioneering role of the young generation in digital transformation and building smart cities. Not only does it help save time and improve the efficiency of goods delivery, the model also contributes to promoting administrative reform and creating an innovative service ecosystem, optimally serving the needs of people, supporting security improvement. The model also contributes to the effective distribution of high-quality Vietnamese goods to consumers.
Pioneering in implementing the technology model of “Hublock Smart Delivery Cabinet”, Hanoi University of Culture also shows its support for young people on the journey of digital transformation. Secretary of the Youth Union of Hanoi University of Culture Ly Thi Ngoc Dung said: “Not only is it a practical and meaningful youth project, but the HubLock smart cabinet is also a practical step in the journey of building a modern, convenient and friendly learning environment for students of the school; encouraging students to access and apply technology to school life”.
Up to now, nearly 100 "Hublock Smart Delivery Cabinets" have been installed by the Youth Union in many localities in a number of universities, large apartment buildings such as Royal City, Times City, Central Park, Vincom Ba Trieu... and Ho Chi Minh City. With modern, practical and friendly features, the project has initially been welcomed and highly appreciated by the community...
Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union Tran Quang Hung said that the model of "Hublock Smart Delivery Cabinet" will be replicated in many residential areas and universities and academies in Hanoi and other provinces and cities so that technology and digital transformation can truly penetrate into life.
