Vietnam Association of the Elderly gives gifts to meritorious people in Vinh Phu ward (Nghe An)

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the afternoon of July 25, the Vietnam Association of the Elderly held a meeting to express gratitude and give gifts to the elderly who are meritorious people and relatives of meritorious people in Vinh Phu ward.

Attending the ceremony were: Nguyen Thanh Binh - former member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Association of the Elderly; Truong Xuan Cu - National Assembly Delegate of the 15th term; Nguyen Hong Son - Head of the Ethnic - Religious Committee, Provincial Front Mass Association; Cao Dang Vinh - Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Association of the Elderly and members of the delegation.

On this occasion, the delegation presented 20 gifts of gratitude to the elderly who are contributors and their relatives in Vinh Phu ward; each gift is worth 1.5 million VND.

The activity not only demonstrates the morality of "remembering the source of water" but also conveys the wish that the elderly live long and healthy lives, continue to be a spiritual support for their descendants and contribute to preserving and promoting the traditional cultural values of the nation.
