The 4th Conference of Advanced Models of Quang Ninh Health Sector

On August 20, the Department of Health of Quang Ninh province organized the 4th Advanced Model Conference (2020-2025 period). Comrade Nguyen Thi Hanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended and directed the conference.

Implementing President Ho Chi Minh 's teaching "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation", in the period of 2020-2025, the patriotic emulation movement in the Quang Ninh health sector has achieved many comprehensive achievements, creating strong changes in the awareness and actions of cadres, civil servants and public employees in the health sector. The emulation movements are closely linked to the implementation of professional tasks, especially in the work of preventing the Covid-19 pandemic and improving the quality of health care for the people. Many advanced models have a strong influence.

Thanks to that, it has made an important contribution to helping the health sector complete the health targets set by the 15th Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, while achieving many positive results: The referral rate is only 3.57%, the lowest in the Red River Delta; the people's satisfaction rate is over 92%.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hanh expressed her gratitude for the efforts and contributions of the collective of doctors, medical staff of Quang Ninh in the past time, who have continuously innovated and improved the quality of medical examination and treatment and health care for the people, providing high-quality medical services to the people in the province. Accompanying the province in the new development stage, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Quang Ninh Health sector to continue with many solutions to improve the quality of human resources, attract good doctors; advise the province to invest in a modern and synchronous infrastructure system; promote digital transformation in health care, regularly update new techniques and high technology, not to fall behind in terms of science and technology, focus on developing high-quality specialties, and build a brand for Quang Ninh health care in the top of the country.

Launching the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2025-2030, the emulation and reward work will continue to be innovated, developed comprehensively, substantially and effectively by the Quang Ninh Health sector; creating a vibrant and widespread emulation atmosphere, encouraging and motivating all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the sector to overcome all difficulties and challenges, promote the spirit of solidarity and creativity, excellently complete assigned tasks, take patients as the center, improve the quality of care and management, protect people's health, towards increasing satisfaction of patients and the community.
