In recent days in Ho Chi Minh City, a group of sports stars such as "undefeated" muay Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat, "hot boy" gymnastics Le Thanh Tung, "beauty queen" volleyball Dang Thi Kim Thanh had the opportunity to participate in the experience of health recovery treatment using physical therapy at Evolve clinic and therapy.

Boxer Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat said: "For a long time, I have been practicing but only focusing on specialized exercises, especially on my strengths such as right leg kicks. Now the physical therapist directly examined my body and pointed out my strengths and weaknesses, from there showing me exercises to help balance both sides of the body, strike more powerfully and accurately. In particular, the physical therapist's exercises helped me warm up deep into my bones and joints to better prepare for the match, instead of just warming up the outside to warm up my body like before."

Volleyball beauty excited to experience physical therapy
After more than 2 hours of being examined and evaluated by physiotherapists from Australia, volleyball beauty Dang Thi Kim Thanh shared: "The experts identified my muscle groups, especially my knees, which were still a bit weak. They guided me through quick testing exercises, pinpointing the exact location of the weak muscle groups and recovery exercises to get stronger. In my opinion, physiotherapy is a very good solution for athletes to recover and improve their physical strength to compete better."

Head coach of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team, Nguyen Tuan Kiet, suffered from a herniated disc that led to persistent pain for nearly 20 years. He received treatment in many places, but the problem was not completely resolved. He also felt the initial effectiveness of physical therapy.
Mr. Duong Cong Thuyen, founder of Evolve, said that through advanced manual therapy techniques from Australia, all musculoskeletal diseases can be treated, from acute injuries to chronic pain. Everyone who is experiencing pain, numbness, fatigue of muscles, bones, joints, sports players, athletes needing to recover from injuries... when applying manual physical therapy methods, recovery will be gradual, natural, sustainable and treat the root cause.

Australian physiotherapist Ben Duong, with over 16 years of experience in physical therapy, said that he builds treatment directions based on the 3S method framework: safety, symmetry and specificity. Using this method framework, each patient can overcome the recovery phase and exploit their optimal performance level. Another important point he mentioned is the basic principles that are often overlooked such as: identifying the root cause, the imbalance in each individual's body, choosing the right treatment method, integrating rehabilitation exercises into the training program, planning and building an unreasonable program, overusing complex exercises that do not contribute to progressive overload, as well as rehabilitation and nutrition methods.
