The contest for composing and promoting literary, artistic and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" for the period 2021-2025 was launched from August 31, 2021. At the end of the first round, the Organizing Committee received 92 entries in various categories: print, radio, television, fine arts, propaganda paintings, music, poetry... with diverse topics; realistic reflection; creative, vivid, attractive, emotional and profound expression.

Through the preliminary round, 25 works entered the final round, were selected by the Award Council, and presented to the Organizing Committee for awarding, of which 6 works won B prize, 9 works won C prize, and 12 won consolation prizes.
At the closing and award ceremony, the leaders of the Propaganda Department of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee - the standing agency of the Organizing Committee of the contest launched the second round of the Contest for composing and promoting literary, artistic and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style".
