The clip recording the event of choosing a residency major of medical students at Hanoi Medical University has created a strong ripple effect on social networks in the past few hours. In particular, a detail that caught the attention of netizens was that the new doctor with serial number 61, named Nguyen Dinh Hoang, did not choose any major.

New doctor Nguyen Dinh Hoang was born in 2001, a student of the 50th class of Hanoi Medical University. Doctor Hoang is not a strange face to those interested in education .
In 2019, Nguyen Dinh Hoang became famous when he became the first student from the former Yen Bai province (now Lao Cai) to win a silver medal at the International Chemistry Olympiad.

During 3 years of high school, Nguyen Dinh Hoang was a chemistry major student at Nguyen Tat Thanh High School for the Gifted.
In grade 11, Hoang took the exam to advance his level and won first prize in the national Chemistry competition. In grade 12, he continued to win first prize, then passed the second selection round to become one of four candidates representing Vietnam at IChO 2019.
Hoang entered the Medical Faculty of Hanoi Medical University through direct admission, fulfilling his dream of becoming a doctor.
Last August, Nguyen Dinh Hoang was admitted to both the residency program at Hanoi Medical University (ranked 61) and VinUni University (ranked 1). The new doctor decided to choose the residency program in Anesthesia and Resuscitation at VinUni University.
