Accordingly, 13,076 m2 of land in Thach Da commune, Me Linh district (site clearance has been completed as confirmed by Me Linh district People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 2490/UBNDQLDA dated September 4, 2024) was handed over to Me Linh district People's Committee to implement the project to build Thach Da B Primary School in Thach Da commune, Me Linh district, according to the investment project approved by Me Linh district People's Committee in Decision No. 5067/QD-UBND dated November 20, 2021.
The location, boundary, and area of the land are determined in the Project Master Plan, scale 1/500, prepared by the Construction Technology Transfer and Consulting Office - Hanoi University of Architecture in August 2021, approved by the People's Committee of Me Linh district in Decision No. 5044/QD-UBND dated November 19, 2021 and the Diagram attached to the Landmark Coordinate Positioning Sheet dated April 22, 2022 of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. The form of land use is the State allocates land without collecting land use fees; Long-term land use term.
The City People's Committee assigns the Me Linh District People's Committee to be responsible for contacting the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on site and issue Certificates of land use rights and ownership of other assets attached to the land according to regulations. Contact the Department of Construction for instructions on construction procedures according to regulations. Be responsible for constructing works according to approved investment projects and planning and ensure compliance with current legal regulations on planning, investment, construction, land and other relevant regulations. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for determining boundaries and handing over land on the field to the People's Committee of Me Linh district.
Hanoi Land Registration Office updates land use rights registration, performs change registration procedures, and corrects land changes in cadastral records according to regulations.
