(NLDO) – While eating with a group of friends at a sidewalk restaurant, a 7th grade male student in Binh Dinh was assaulted by a company director.
January 6, information from leaders The People's Committee of Nhon Hoi Commune, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province said that the authorities have identified the person who assaulted Đ.NAK (a 7th grader in the locality) as Mr. N.D.V, - director of a construction and mineral trading enterprise in the area.

According to the leader Nhon Hoi Commune People's Committee, after working with the authorities, Mr. N.D.V requested compensation and reconciliation, but the victim's family did not accept. Currently, the case has been transferred by Nhon Hoi Commune Police to the Investigation Police Agency of Quy Nhon City Police for further investigation and handling according to regulations.
Informing the press, Ms. NH (living in Nhon Hoi commune, mother of D.NAK) said that after brutally assaulting K., Mr. N.D.V asked the family to withdraw the complaint but was not accepted. Because the family was worried about K.'s health after being brutally beaten like that.
Previously, on January 5, a 24-second clip was circulated on Facebook showing a man brutally beating a teenager, causing outrage and anger among many people.
According to the clip, at around 8:33 p.m. on January 4, when Đ.NAK was eating with a group of friends at a sidewalk restaurant in Nhon Hoi commune, Mr. N.Đ.V. drove up on a motorbike without a helmet. After stopping the motorbike, Mr. V. suddenly used his hands to hit K., leaving her unable to react.

Mr. V. then dragged his younger brother into the middle of the street and repeatedly punched and kicked him. When K. ran away, the man continued to chase and assault him.
