Domestic retail gas prices continue to increase for the fourth consecutive month.

The domestic retail gas price in November continues to increase following the world price from tomorrow, November 1. This is the fourth consecutive month that the domestic retail gas price has been adjusted upward.

Petrolimex gas cylinder retail price (including VAT) in November 2024 in Hanoi market is 467,300 VND/12kg household cylinder; 1,869,200 VND/48kg industrial cylinder, respectively increasing by 11,200 VND/12kg cylinder and 44,900 VND/48kg cylinder (including VAT).

Mr. Nghiem Xuan Cuong, Head of the Department of Civil and Commercial Gas Business - Petrolimex Gas Corporation said that the gas price in November increased due to the average world gas price contract in November at 632.5 USD/ton, an increase of 10 USD/ton compared to October and exchange rate fluctuations, so Petrolimex Gas Corporation made adjustments according to the corresponding increase.

Similarly, Southern Gas Trading Joint Stock Company (Gas South) also adjusted the retail gas price in November for the brands Gas Dau Khi, VT-Gas, A Gas, Dak Gas, JP Gas, Dang Phuoc Gas.

Specifically, gas price increased by 833 VND/kg compared to last month, equivalent to an increase of 10,000 VND/12kg cylinder and 37,500 VND/45kg cylinder applied to the Eastern and Western regions of the South.

With this increase, the retail price of gas to consumers is VND 507,900/12kg cylinder and VND 1,906,081/45kg cylinder (including VAT).

Thus, since the beginning of the year, domestic retail gas prices have increased 7 times, decreased 3 times and remained unchanged once./.
