Specifically, from August 30 to September 2, implementing the direction of the Hanoi People's Committee, Hanoi Metro served nearly 690,000 passengers free of charge, of which: Line 2A Cat Linh - Ha Dong served over 468,000 passengers, Line 3.1 Nhon - Hanoi Railway Station served over 217,000 passengers.
Notably, on September 1, the Cat Linh - Ha Dong Line 2A set a new record when it transported more than 165,000 passengers. This is the highest daily output ever of this line. This figure continues to affirm the important role of urban railways in reducing congestion and ensuring smooth traffic during major holidays.

To spread the message of “Safety - Convenience - Environmentally friendly”, Hanoi Metro has cooperated with partners. These partners include Grab, VietABank, Coca-Cola, Banh Mi Pho, Bao Ngoc and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society , the Hanoi Red Cross Society. The activity has distributed nearly 40,000 bottles of water and more than 2,000 free sandwiches and cakes to passengers.
