Samsung also said that the upcoming Galaxy AI will be more natural and intuitive, changing the way Galaxy users interact with the world .
Previous information shows that the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus duo still retain the luxurious and modern design style of the Galaxy S series. S25 is the most compact version of the trio with a 6.2-inch screen and light weight, providing a comfortable feeling; S25 Plus is designed larger with a 6.7-inch screen.
Meanwhile, the S25 Ultra will have a more rounded design, providing a more comfortable and pleasant grip for users.
Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus are expected to be equipped with a 3-camera system on the back including: 50MP sensor, 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera and 10MP telephoto camera supporting 3X optical zoom. The front camera has a resolution of 12MP.
All three phones are expected to use the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, with 12GB/256GB of Ram. The higher-end variants of the Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 Ultra can bring 16GB of Ram to users.
All three phones will come pre-installed with One UI 7 running Android 15 and will receive 7 major Android OS updates.
