The outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic has led to supply chain disruptions, global market fluctuations, along with competition from imported salanganes nests and the problem of counterfeit and fake goods flooding the domestic market. In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company has led the company to overcome difficulties and achieve many important results. In production and business, the company has simultaneously implemented many solutions such as: Restoring, preserving and developing the population of swiftlets in caves and islands; implementing programs on swiftlet care; launching tree planting, strengthening forces against illegal hunting of swiftlets... In the past term, the company achieved a total revenue of more than 14,493 billion VND, contributing more than 1,363 billion VND to the state budget. Notably, for the first time, Khanh Hoa salanganes nests were officially exported to the Chinese market, opening up new development space for the salanganes nest industry.

Regarding Party building, the Party Committee of the company has focused on developing Party organizations and unions, raising awareness and political capacity of cadres and Party members, contributing to affirming the comprehensive leadership role of the Party in state-owned enterprises. To realize that goal, the Party Committee will direct the promotion of comprehensive digital transformation, continuous technological innovation, optimization of management and production and business processes, and enhancement of competitiveness in the context of deep integration".

According to comrade Trinh Thi Hong Van, the Party Committee will continue to closely lead the work of preserving and promoting the cultural and traditional values of the bird's nest industry, associated with strong investment in scientific research, application of biotechnology and high technology to develop new products with outstanding added value. The Party Committee directs the company to perfect the distribution system, expand the market both domestically and internationally, especially effectively exploit e-commerce channels and social networks, bringing Khanh Hoa bird's nest products to global consumers. At the same time, the work of reviewing, streamlining the apparatus, restructuring the enterprise towards focusing on core areas, and dissolving ineffective units will be resolutely implemented by the Party Committee to optimize resources and improve operational efficiency, towards a lean, efficient and sustainable enterprise model.
