The province has completed arranging accommodation for members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and arranged temporary rental accommodation for about 200 officials and civil servants working in My Tho ward.

However, the group of officials from the level of Deputy Director of the Department and above, who are eligible for official housing according to the policy, still have to wait because specialized units are repairing and upgrading the area. 250 public housing units. This work is expected to be completed by the end of October 2025.

For officials and civil servants who are not eligible for official accommodation, the province is considering providing support through options for renting or buying social housing. However, the progress of implementation depends on the actual conditions of housing projects in the area.

“Arranging suitable accommodation for officials not only helps them feel secure in their work but also creates a foundation for effective operation of the new government apparatus. The province is making efforts to mobilize all resources to ensure progress and avoid work interruptions,” Mr. Nguyen Phi Da emphasized.
