Nguyen Thi Tot Primary School was newly built on a total area of about 1.2 hectares, with administrative blocks, learning blocks, and learning support blocks.

The school has a scale of 1 ground floor, 2 floors; construction area of over 1,188m2. Total floor area of about 3,566m2. The structure of the foundation, columns, beams, floors, and ceilings is made of reinforced concrete. The walls are built of bricks and painted throughout.

Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission donated an IT practice room.

In addition, the school also built a guard house, a teacher's garage, a gate, a fence, a weaving yard, and planted trees to create shade.

The technical infrastructure system includes: electrical system, overall water supply and drainage system, wastewater treatment; fire prevention and fighting system; additional investment in equipment for teaching and learning. The total investment of the school is nearly 38 billion VND.

Vice Chairman of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee Huynh Minh Tuan spoke at the ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee Huynh Minh Tuan said that Dong Thap province always considers education as one of the key tasks, prioritizing many resources for education and training; promoting socialization of facilities and equipment for educational institutions to meet teaching and learning requirements.

In the 2021-2025 period, Dong Thap province has allocated nearly 10,600 billion VND to invest in facilities for preschool and general education programs.

Many philanthropists and sponsors have shown interest in supporting the expansion of the education network, especially in remote and border areas, bringing learning opportunities to the people.

The inauguration of the new school named after martyr Nguyen Thi Tot will help students have conditions to study, play and develop comprehensively in terms of intelligence, physical strength and personality; creating a safe, friendly and modern learning environment.

At the ceremony, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission presented Nguyen Thi Tot Primary School with an IT practice room, and Dong Thap Provincial Party Committee presented a Stem education practice room.
