Dong Nai mobilizes to ensure traffic safety on the occasion of the new school year opening ceremony

(DN) - On the morning of September 5, the Traffic Police Department, Dong Nai Provincial Police Department simultaneously arranged many working groups on major roads and intersections in urban areas to ensure traffic safety for students on the opening day of the new school year 2025-2026.

In areas with high traffic density such as Vuon Mit intersection (Tran Bien ward), Tan Phong intersection (Tam Hiep ward), traffic police were present early in the morning to regulate and direct traffic, creating favorable conditions for parents to take their children to school safely.

Right from the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year, the Traffic Police Department has set a goal of striving to prevent accidents involving students on the first day of school. The authorities have increased patrols, controls, and strictly handled violations of traffic safety, especially the situation of parents giving motorbikes to unqualified children and students using motorbikes in violation of road traffic regulations.

To effectively carry out this task, the Traffic Police Department has mobilized the maximum number of forces, means, and technical equipment provided, synchronously and effectively implementing the measures of "Peak month of traffic safety for students going to school - September". At the same time, research, survey, and identify complex traffic routes to assign and arrange traffic police forces and mobilize other forces to strictly handle violations according to the motto "no forbidden zones, no exceptions".

The Traffic Police Department, Dong Nai Provincial Police, emphasized that in cases of student violations, the authorities will send notices to the school for appropriate handling and educational measures.
