For the Long Hung Bridge Project, CC1 proposed a route with a length of more than 11.7km; the starting point intersects with Ring Road 3 - Ho Chi Minh City at Go Cong intersection, Long Phuoc ward, Ho Chi Minh City; the end point intersects with National Highway 51, An Phuoc commune, Dong Nai province. Of which, Long Hung Bridge is more than 2.3km long, the approach road in Ho Chi Minh City is more than 3.8km long and the main route in Dong Nai province is more than 5.5km long.

The investor also proposed two investment options for the project under the public-private partnership (PPP) model, with option 1 being a BOT contract and option 2 being a BT contract with deferred payment. The total investment for the project is nearly 11 trillion VND.

For the Cat Lai Bridge Project, CC1 proposed a project with a total route length of more than 11.6km, of which the Cat Lai Bridge is 4.7km long, with a preliminary total investment of more than 18.8 trillion VND (excluding interest during construction). Regarding the investment form, CC1 proposed to invest in the form of PPP, in which option 1 is a BOT and BT contract paid by the state budget, option 2 is a BT contract paid by the state budget and option 3 is a BT contract paid by land fund. Option 1 is the option recommended by the investor.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha said: The Cat Lai and Long Hung bridge projects are very necessary for Dong Nai to complete the regional transport infrastructure network. For Cat Lai bridge, Dong Nai aims to start construction in 2026 and put it into operation in 2028. Therefore, relevant agencies must complete the project dossier so that the Provincial Party Committee can report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. After approval, the dossier will be submitted to the Provincial People's Council to approve the project investment policy.

Regarding CC1's proposal for the Cat Lai Bridge Project, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha suggested that investors review and consider which option is the best and fastest. For the Long Hung Bridge Project, there is currently one investor proposing the project, so Dong Nai province will review and select the most optimal option. At the same time, CC1 needs to review and complete its option to avoid affecting public investment projects being implemented in the area.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha also assigned the Department of Construction to review the suitability of the Cat Lai Bridge Project with the planning when submitting the project dossier to the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Council.
