After Binh Phuoc refused, VFF and VPF switched to option 2, choosing PVF-CAND. In the 2024/25 season, this team ranked 3rd in the First Division. Although PVF-CAND has not yet officially confirmed its participation in the V-League, it has shown that it is ready to take on a big challenge.
