The Communist Party of Vietnam congratulates the 74th anniversary of the founding of the Cambodian People's Party.

The Communist Party of Vietnam, the State and the people of Vietnam will do their utmost together with the Cambodian People's Party, the State and the people of Cambodia to protect, preserve and foster the relationship.

On the occasion of the 74th anniversary of the founding of the Cambodian People's Party (June 28, 1951 - June 28, 2025), the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam sent a congratulatory message to the Central Committee of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) and the Cambodian people with the warmest congratulations.

Looking back over the past 74 years, despite many difficulties and challenges, thanks to the important foundation built by generations of Party leaders, the Cambodian People's Party has achieved many great and glorious victories in the struggle for national liberation, saving the Cambodian people from the disaster of genocide, firmly protecting the achievements of the revolution, building a peaceful , stable, prosperous Cambodia, with an increasingly enhanced role and position in the region and the world.

Vietnam firmly believes that, promoting its traditions and valuable experiences gained from history and practice, the Cambodian People's Party, under the leadership of the Central Executive Committee and the Central Standing Committee, headed by President Hun Sen, will continue to lead the country to achieve many new and even greater achievements.

Despite the current changing global and regional situation, with opportunities and challenges intertwined, especially as both countries enter a new era, an era of strong development and prosperity, the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State and the people of Vietnam affirm that they always attach importance to and give top priority to developing relations with Cambodia.

On this occasion, General Secretary To Lam sent a flower basket to congratulate CPP President, President of the Cambodian Senate Hun Sen and CPP Honorary President Heng Samrin.

Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu sent a flower basket to congratulate CPP Vice President, Head of the Standing Committee of the CPP Central Committee Say Chhum.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son sent a congratulatory letter to Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, Head of the CPP Central Committee's Foreign Affairs Commission Prak Sokhonn.
