The Party Committee of Division 320 successfully organized the 20th Congress of Delegates.

(GLO)-On the morning of June 13, the Party Committee of Division 320 held the closing ceremony of the 20th Party Congress (term 2025-2030). The congress was attended by 120 delegates, Major General Nguyen Tran Long - Deputy Political Commissar of Corps 34 attended and directed the congress.

In the political report at the congress, during the past term, the Party Committee of Division 320 thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the resolutions and directives of the superiors, promoted the overall strength, implemented synchronous and drastic measures, and led the Division to successfully complete its political tasks. The Party Committee of the Division was strong in politics, ideology, organization, ethics and cadres; the overall quality, strength, level and combat mobility of the Division were improved, capable of completing all assigned tasks.

The Division Party Committee has led the unit to successfully complete the tasks of combat readiness, natural disaster prevention and control, search and rescue. Thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the resolutions, conclusions, orders and plans of the superiors on training tasks, properly implementing the motto "basic, practical, solid". Thereby, the quality of training and exercises has been increasingly improved, the results of inspection and re-inspection have all met and exceeded the resolution targets.

At the congress, delegates discussed and identified three breakthroughs in the 2025-2030 term, specifically: Breakthrough in improving the quality of training, politicaleducation , and ideological management; Breakthrough in improving the quality of regularization, discipline management, ensuring safety, force organization, administrative reform, and digital transformation; Breakthrough in improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations and the contingent of cadres and party members.

On that basis, strive to build a regular, elite, modern Division with comprehensive strength and high combat readiness. 100% of agencies and units are highly combat ready; every year, 100% of training results meet requirements, of which over 80% are good or excellent.

The Congress elected the Division Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 15 comrades, and the Standing Committee, consisting of 5 comrades. Colonel Vo Son Anh was re-elected as Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Division 320 for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress also elected a delegation of 21 comrades to attend the higher-level congress.
