Now, coming here for examination, the medical staff enthusiastically guided me to register for the procedures at the smart medical kiosk, which is both quick and convenient, I am very satisfied".

It is known that with the support of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Khanh Hoa Branch, in early April, Van Ninh District Medical Center put into operation a smart medical kiosk system. Doctor Luong Dang Truong - Director of Van Ninh District Medical Center said that since the smart medical kiosk was put into operation, it has helped reduce the overload of medical examination and treatment at the unit; at the same time, minimizing the time for patients to register for medical examination and treatment. In particular, patients receive test results, prescriptions and follow-up appointments via Zalo and Gmail messages. In addition, the center also equipped 21 citizen ID readers at 13 medical stations, clinics and departments, bringing positive results. In the first 6 months of 2025, more than 90,000 health insurance patients were received by reading citizen ID cards; Implemented cashless fee collection for more than 37,300 times, reaching 86%. Thereby reducing the time for medical examination and treatment for people; helping the unit perform better in medical examination and treatment management.
According to Mr. Dam Ngoc Quang - Chairman of Van Ninh District People's Committee, in recent times, the district has actively implemented digital transformation and achieved many practical results. In particular, the district received and resolved more than 27,400 administrative procedures in the list of 25 essential public services for citizens. At the same time, the district has updated tourist attractions, tourism products, tourism resources on the tourism industry's digital system and put tourism products on e-commerce platforms, standardized the use of images and digital technology to introduce local destinations and tourism products. Along with that, the district effectively applied non-cash payment solutions in 100% of schools; conducted primary school admission exams, used electronic records, electronic libraries, digitized data on facilities, equipment, and school supplies. The district also updated information on 31 OCOP products on the e-commerce portal http://ketnoiocop.vn; Cooperate with the District Post Office to bring typical products such as: Seafood, fish cakes, garlic, agarwood, fish sauce... to e-commerce platforms...
In addition, the district has standardized data and updated more than 6,800 social protection beneficiaries into the management software and updated identification codes for 30,181 children; applied monthly allowance payments via bank accounts for 3,634/6,762 people with revolutionary contributions and social protection beneficiaries. Most markets in the area have simultaneously deployed a cashless payment model and have received positive responses from traders and people. In the field of natural resources and environment, the locality has put into use BASE software and khh.mplis software to serve project implementation and land management. Regarding judicial and civil status work, the district has digitized civil status data, certified electronic copies, and created data on administrative procedure settlement results into the electronic administrative procedure settlement data management warehouse. In the field of finance and planning, the locality applies Tabmis, Pabmis software, salary management, assets, business registration to serve well the management of finance, budget, and business registration in the area. The district also issues business registration certificates on the Business Registration System deployed by the Ministry of Finance and conducts online bidding.
Currently, the whole district is focusing on implementing the arrangement of administrative units, organizing a 2-level local government model but still not interrupting the digital transformation work. After the arrangement, the new localities will continue to effectively implement digital transformation work in all areas. In particular, digitizing records and results of administrative procedure settlement at the one-stop department; effectively deploying the software system to measure the province's work performance (KPI). At the same time, seriously implementing the processing of work records in the online environment and using digital signatures to solve work; maintaining and promoting non-cash payments and payments in all areas of social life; researching and implementing the online public service agency model to organize implementation in the area...
