Accordingly, the residential area along An Binh bridge is expected to have a total planned land area of about 5.7 hectares. The planning area to the East borders Dai Minh Kindergarten, Phu An Pagoda and cemetery land; to the West borders the 17.5m planned road (An Binh bridge approach road); to the South borders the 3m wide rural traffic road; to the North borders the road connecting Binh An bridge.

The planning aims to invest in construction and form a new residential area with synchronous infrastructure conditions and reasonable architectural space in the overall planning of Dai Minh and Dai Phong communes, as a basis to contribute to promoting economic development and ensuring social security.

The planning aims to build a complete technical infrastructure system, in accordance with current construction standards and regulations, synchronously connecting the new construction area and neighboring areas. The planning location is the central area of ​​Dai Loc B region in general and Dai Minh commune in particular, bordering the communes of region A, convenient for trade, with potential for trade and service development along the An Binh bridge axis.
