Water from Phan Dinh Phung stream overflowed onto the road causing deep flooding.

Especially on Phan Dinh Phung Street, this area continued to recur the scene of water from the stream not draining in time and then overflowing onto the street and flooding the houses along this busy street. It took about an hour for the water to basically drain away, however, many of the residents' belongings and vehicles were damaged.

Similarly, Hai Thuong Street was also flooded, causing many vehicles to stall, forcing people to change direction to another route to avoid danger.
