On September 2, speaking with Dan Tri reporter, the leader of Phu Linh Commune People's Committee, Vi Xuyen District ( Ha Giang ) said that at around 9:00 a.m. the same day, the Traffic Police Team, Vi Xuyen District Police had just "caught" dozens of young people gathering, traveling in groups, not wearing helmets, and speeding on Noong Lake road.

According to the leader, there were about 30-40 young people (aged 16 to 18) from Dong Van, Meo Vac districts and Yen Bai province who came here to join the group. This group showed signs of racing and weaving on the roads.
"When this convoy reached Noong Lake Road of the commune, it was blocked by the Traffic Police and Vi Xuyen District Police. During the day, the police brought dozens of people to the headquarters to continue the investigation," informed the leader of Phu Linh Commune People's Committee, Vi Xuyen District.

Previously, social media was abuzz with a clip recording dozens of young people without helmets, riding motorbikes in a group on a stretch of road. Notably, when passing a section of road next to a lake, the group was controlled and handled by the traffic police.
