During the meeting, the delegates observed a minute of silence to pay tribute to the martyrs who sacrificed for national independence. The Company's Board of Directors also sent their regards and presented gifts of gratitude to more than 300 families of officers, employees, and workers who were wounded or martyrs. The gifts included cash and company products worth 545 million VND. This demonstrates the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" and deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of the soldiers who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Vietnamese people.

Ms. Trinh Thi Hong Van - Chairwoman of the Board of Members of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company said: “The 300 officers and employees at the meeting are typical representatives of children of policy families working at the Company. I myself am fortunate to be born into a family with a revolutionary tradition, my great-grandmother and grandmother are both Vietnamese Heroic Mothers; my two paternal uncles are martyrs who sacrificed for the independence of the nation. The Company's General Director Nguyen Thanh Hai also has a father and mother who are both war invalids. More than anyone else, we deeply understand the silent losses and great pride of families who have contributed to the country”.
According to Ms. Van, in any circumstances, the Company always upholds the ethics of "When drinking water, remember the source, When eating fruit, remember the person who planted the tree". Over the years, the Company has also accompanied Khanh Hoa province in activities of "Repaying gratitude", taking care of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, building houses of gratitude, giving gifts to policy beneficiaries on holidays and Tet... In particular, the Company's leaders always pay deep attention to employees who are children of policy beneficiaries, those who inherit the revolutionary tradition, patriotism and spirit of dedication. Through preferential policies in training, job placement, rewards, fostering and Party admission, the Company has created conditions for outstanding factors to promote their capacity, mature and contribute positively to the common development.
