Previously, An Cung Ba Tuyet Company owned a TikTok channel with more than 2.7 million followers and was considered one of the fastest growing livestream sales platforms in 2023.

Eating with Mrs. Tuyet Company was established on May 31, 2023 with the main business line being food wholesale. The legal representative is Nguyen Minh Truong, Mrs. Tuyet's son.

This enterprise has an initial charter capital of 2 billion VND, in which the founding shareholders include: Pham Hai Duong (7.5%), Nguyen Minh Truong (85%), Do Thanh Nho (7.5%). In which, Mr. Truong is the director and legal representative.

By October 2023, the company increased its charter capital from VND2 billion to VND5 billion. However, the capital contribution structure was not disclosed afterwards.

After its establishment, the company launched business activities associated with the brand "Eat with Mrs. Tuyet", mainly through the TikTok platform and social networks.

This TikTok channel stands out with rustic, familiar culinary content, featuring the image of Ms. Do Thi Tuyet - an elderly woman with a rustic, friendly conversational style, loved by millions of followers.

This channel once reached more than 2.7 million followers and was one of the fastest growing livestream sales platforms in 2023.

However, on January 16, 2025, the company sent a document to the Hanoi Business Registration Office requesting to announce the status of the enterprise undergoing dissolution procedures, and at the same time post the dissolution decision and minutes of the shareholders' meeting.

According to the meeting minutes of the same day, 4 shareholders including Mr. Nguyen Minh Truong (330,000 shares), Mr. Pham Hai Duong (30,000 shares), Mr. Do Thanh Nho (15,000 shares) and Mr. Le Hoang Vu Long (125,000 shares) agreed to dissolve the company.

The company said it had completed its financial obligations to the State, social insurance and employees before ceasing operations.

To date, the business registration authority has updated the legal status as “dissolved” in June 2025.

Recently, many social media users also noticed that the account "Eating with Mrs. Tuyet" had locked its shopping cart on TikTok. Ms. Do Thi Tuyet later said that this account had been restricted since 2023 and that the business had now moved to another channel with 1.7 million followers.

Before being dissolved, the brand had been involved in complaints related to product quality. In April 2024, a customer complained that the chicken feet were undercooked and had a strange smell. Previously, in March 2024, there was also a complaint about foreign objects in the product.
