Announcement of 10th grade benchmark scores of Quoc Hoc specialized school and high schools in Hue

(Dan Tri) - In the 2025-2026 school year, the entire city of Hue has more than 12,400 students taking the 10th grade entrance exam and most of them passed the school of their choice.

On June 17, Mr. Nguyen Tan, Director of the Departmentof Education and Training of Hue City, informed that this locality has announced the benchmark scores for entering grade 10, school year 2025-2026.

According to Mr. Tan, the entrance exam for grade 10 high school in Hue city this year went smoothly, the number of students was not as large as other years so the probability of passing was high, except for a few students with low scores who had to be divided into streams.

“Basically, all students have places to study. Those who do not pass their first choice will go to their second and third choices. Hue City is following the direction of General Secretary To Lam and the Prime Minister to create all favorable conditions for students to study,” said Mr. Tan.

According to the Department of Education and Training of Hue city, the admission scores to Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted are: English 37.2, French 33.35, Japanese 32.55, math 34.9, physics 23.6, chemistry 28.55, biology 32.05, information technology 30.8, literature 35.55, history 31.6 and geography 34.4 points.

Some other high schools with high admission scores in Hue city, such as Hai Ba Trung (Thuan Hoa district), enrolling students in foreign language classes English 30.6 points, Japanese 21.85 points; Nguyen Hue (Phu Xuan district) English 27.6 points, French 22.55 points and Japanese 20 points.

Cao Thang High School 23.45 points, Gia Hoi 18.75 points, Phan Dang Luu 22.15 points, Dang Tran Con 12.3 points, Bui Thi Xuan 16.2 points and Hue City Boarding Ethnic High School 19.82 points.

Leaders of the Department of Education and Training of Hue City said that in the 2025-2026 school year, the whole city will have over 12,400 students taking the 10th grade entrance exam.

According to the admission guidelines of the Department of Education and Training of Hue City, from June 18-24, successful candidates will go to schools to complete admission procedures. Candidates who need to have their exam scores reviewed can also submit their applications during the above period.
