Microsoft has just announced the regional Imagine Cup 2025 startup idea competition in Vietnam with the participation of the Center for Research, Training in Microchip Design and Artificial Intelligence ( Da Nang ) and many domestic universities.
This is a competition for students who want to leverage the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to explore the limits of creativity, where they can present unique startup ideas that have the potential to change the world .
Accordingly, from now until January 22, 2025, student teams and start-ups can register for the competition, submit products with presentations and explanatory videos and demos, helping to illustrate the features and impact of the product.
Once selected as semi-finalists (expected to take place in March 2025), the ideas will receive support to accelerate product development, including in-depth mentoring, global recognition, and guidance from Microsoft experts.
The World Finals (scheduled for May 2025) will see the top three teams present their ideas to a panel of judges made up of leading experts in their fields.
Teams will compete for a $100,000 cash prize and an exclusive mentorship with Microsoft chairman and CEO Satya Nadella.
Lots of exciting activities at Microsoft Imagine Cup 2025
Imagine Cup 2025 Vietnam also includes completely free training and support activities for competing teams to exploit Microsoft Azure resources, participate in the Microsoft for Start-up Founders Hub and Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador programs, as well as startup mentoring sessions from lecturers and experts.
