Moroccan media unanimously reported and positively evaluated the official visit of Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man to the Kingdom of Morocco from July 24-27, saying that this is an important step in strengthening the friendship and multifaceted cooperation between the two countries.
Referring to the meeting between National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and Moroccan Prime Minister Aziz Akhannouch on July 25, Moroccan media highlighted that the two leaders affirmed their commitment to strongly promoting bilateral cooperation.
The Moroccan Prime Minister appreciated the traditional friendship between the two countries, emphasizing the desire to continue supporting initiatives to enhance economic , investment and trade cooperation.
For his part, the Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly affirmed that the goal of the visit is to strengthen parliamentary diplomacy, promote business connections and elevate bilateral relations to match the potential and political relations between the two countries.
The two sides assessed that Morocco could become a bridge for Vietnamese businesses to access the African market, while Vietnam plays the role of a "gateway" for Morocco to connect with ASEAN - a region with more than 600 million people.
Moroccan press highlighted that in addition to high-level meetings, the Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly attended policy-legal seminars and had community outreach activities, contributing to deepening the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Morocco, which was established in 1961./.
