Support training and coaching on tourism management skills; foster, train and improve professional skills and techniques to serve tourists.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relevant provincial departments and branches to develop agricultural products and clean, high-tech agricultural development models associated with tourism development. Coordinate with relevant departments and branches to develop guidelines for developing agricultural and rural tourism associated with new rural construction; train and improve people's capacity on developing agricultural and rural tourism.

Integrate and organize activities to promote and advertise rural tourism destinations and products; implement activities to raise awareness and cooperate on rural tourism development; organize survey programs, connect rural tourism products, etc.

The Department of Planning and Investment, based on the proposal of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and the locality, synthesizes the needs and plans to allocate the central budget to implement this Plan in the Plan to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction for the period 2021 - 2025 and the annual plan, and submits it to the competent authority for consideration and decision.

Relevant provincial departments, branches and sectors, according to their assigned functions and tasks, proactively integrate tasks and solutions in the Plan with the areas under their responsibility. People's Committees of districts, towns and cities with conditions for rural tourism development shall develop rural tourism development plans in accordance with the orientation of new rural construction in the area and related planning; prioritize the synchronous development of infrastructure and technical facilities at rural tourism sites.
