The program "Hanoi - From the historic autumn of 1945" honors patriotism

On the evening of August 15, at August Revolution Square (Hanoi), the Hanoi Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee coordinated with functional units to organize the special art program "Hanoi - From the historic autumn of 1945".

This is an important event in a series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (1945 - 2025).

Attending the program were Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission; Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee.

Opening the program, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh stated that the special art program "Hanoi - From the historic autumn of 1945" was held at the August Revolution Square - a place that marks important historical events, honoring patriotism, revolutionary spirit, and national pride, further highlighting the profound meaning of the program: Not only reminding of the glorious and heroic history of the Vietnamese people from the brilliant August autumn of 1945, but also spreading a strong message of self-reliance and aspiration of the entire nation. Moreover, the program is also a message, an affirmation of the Party Committee, Government and people of the Capital determined to continue the glorious history of the nation, the heroic revolutionary tradition, promote all potentials, internal strength, build the capital Hanoi "green - smart - modern", contributing with the whole country to realize the goal of making Vietnam develop strongly, prosperously and happily.

The special art program “Hanoi - From the historic autumn of 1945” is both a political and epic program about one of the most important events in Vietnamese history, with many creative techniques, the artistic quintessence of scholarly, national and international art forms, applying modern technology interacting with a number of contemporary art genres and styles.

The program consists of 3 chapters and 6 episodes, elaborately and magnificently staged, recording important historical slices during the 80 years since the success of the August Revolution until now.

An art performance at the program

In particular, the highlight of the program is 3 3D mapping projections and unique artistic fireworks; the harmonious combination of music , light and art takes the audience on a journey of light through time from heroic historical milestones, through the brilliant cultural space of Thang Long - Hanoi to the technological heart of Vietnam's future.
